Your circuit inputs belong on your device.

CircuitClarity is designed so an ordinary circuit calculation does not require sending a project scenario to a remote service. This page distinguishes what happens in your browser from the limited technical information involved in delivering a static website.

Values entered into a tool

Circuit inputs, constraints, component values, and calculated results are processed in your browser. CircuitClarity does not transmit those values to a calculation server, place them in an account, or use them as analytics fields. A value entered into a browser-local tool stays in the context of that browser unless you deliberately copy or export it.

Browser storage

CircuitClarity does not use browser local storage for circuit inputs, calculated results, preferences, or saved scenarios. There are no local profiles and no saved projects tied to this site.

Analytics

CircuitClarity uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site use. Its standard web measurement can collect page views, session activity, browser and device information, and approximate location. CircuitClarity does not send circuit inputs, calculated results, saved scenarios, names, email addresses, user IDs, or other user-provided data to Google Analytics.

Advertising storage, ad-user-data signals, and ad-personalization signals are denied in the site configuration. CircuitClarity does not create remarketing audiences or configure advertising personalization. Google Analytics uses IP address information to derive approximate location during collection and discards the raw address rather than storing it in Analytics.

Analytics storage and privacy signals

For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default. When a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics storage is denied for that visit regardless of location. With analytics storage denied, the Google Analytics tag does not read or write its analytics cookies. Visitors can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent use of their information by Google Analytics.

Static hosting and request data

Like other websites, CircuitClarity's hosting provider can process ordinary request data such as an IP address, browser details, and requested path to deliver and protect the site. That infrastructure data is distinct from the circuit values described above and from the aggregate Google Analytics measurement described on this page. CircuitClarity does not use hosting request data to connect an entered design scenario to a visitor.
