CircuitClarity provides educational, browser-local tools for understanding electronics and circuit-design relationships. Results are intended to support early reasoning and practical exploration. They are not engineering signoff, a component qualification, a laboratory measurement, a safety certification, or confirmation that a design is compliant or fit for a particular purpose.
Models have boundaries
A calculator can apply a documented formula correctly while an actual circuit behaves differently because of a datasheet condition, tolerance stack, temperature, layout, parasitic effect, source impedance, load, switching behavior, electromagnetic environment, or a condition the model does not represent. Treat any output as a starting point that must be evaluated against the conditions of the actual design.
Use authoritative references and verification
Component selection and circuit behavior should be checked against the relevant manufacturer datasheet and the application context. Where a result matters materially, validate it using suitable simulation, prototype measurement, test equipment, peer review, or qualified engineering judgment. A CircuitClarity result does not replace any of those steps.
High-consequence contexts need more than a web tool
Do not use CircuitClarity as the sole basis for mains-connected, high-energy, life-safety, medical, automotive safety-critical, aviation, regulated, or other high-consequence work. Those contexts can require specialized standards, review, testing, traceability, and legal obligations outside this site's scope.
Electrical trades and code questions are outside scope
